It's rare to find an industry expert who combines a strong understanding of macro market conditions with a genuine care and concern for both his craft and the people his company services.
I've bought and sold houses all my life and learned more from conversations with Travis than all my years combined. Travis is a student of the game, and has a keen eye for historical trends that shape the housing market.
I've had some really bad experiences with appraisers that seem to take the easy route - but Travis' blended skillset and experience - combined with a clear focus on attention to detail make him an asset to anyone looking to truly understand the value of their home.
As if that wasn't enough, he was fair, honest, and very giving of his time.

If we could give Travis and his work more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! He provided a precise, thorough and accurate appraisal for my son's home which was needed due to divorce. He explained everything that would go into his appraisal process, his turn-around time was quick, and his work has proved to be the most detailed and spot on for the condition of the home. Months later, when questions arose about subsequent appraisals, we reached back out and he graciously offered to go over the correct valuation process details, on his own time, at no extra charge and in a very short notice scenario. His availability and willingness to share his professional knowledge were a pleasant surprise. It can be hard to find this strong and competent work ethic nowadays. I spoke to Travis Crane (property, appraiser), what a wonderful person.
He did not take the job for the right reasons even though I will not be able to be a client, due to the distance of my location. Travis spent over 20 minutes making sure I knew everything I need to know and ask in order to fine a local (to me) qualified appraiser. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

$600 and refuses to buy legal paper to provide my 84 year old father with a printed copy. I've had 5 appraisals done and they always mail a printed copy. Not something I thought I needed to get in writing before paying in advance. If it wasn't a pdf, I could resize myself and print. The back and forth for something that should be automatically included is ridiculous and sad.

Travis was wonderful to work with. He explained the process thoroughly before he began, and made sure to answer any questions I had. He was able to get our property appraised promptly and had our report ready the the following week. We found him to be very fair, professional, and unbiased in his work. How refreshing in this day & age! He even touched base after to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Excellent customer service and an all around great human being. Travis was amazing. He acted in a very respectable and professional manner. He made it clear to us that he would be completely unbiased, which furthered our trust in him. I made an appointment with him and he came out to us within a few days. He was timely in his arrival and had a pleasant demeanor about him. One thing I noticed right away about Travis, was that he had many, many years of experience in his field and that it showed in his confidence of the service he provided and how he explained the process. When I received the results of the appraisal I was even more convinced that Travis knows what he is doing and can back it up. As someone who has dealt with numbers all my life...in accounting, I am skeptical until I have absolute proof. His report was so detailed that it even left me convinced and I am not easily convinced. I could not refute his numbers if my life depended on it. My husband and I were extremely pleased that we picked him for an appraisal as we didn't know what to expect. I would trust him for all appraisal needs and I highly recommend him. Do not hesitate to call Travis.
